Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Printmeet ("Printmeet", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the website printmeet.com, our print-on-demand and Etsy store management tools, and any related applications or integrations (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

1. Who We Are

Printmeet is a print-on-demand and e-commerce automation platform operated from Turkey. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Printmeet is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Contact: info@printmeet.com

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Data you provide

  • Account data: first and last name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), phone number, language preference and referral code.
  • Billing data: billing name, address and tax details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Content: designs, images, text, product listings and other files you upload or create in the editor.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team or through contact forms.

2.2 Data from connected services

  • Etsy: when you connect your Etsy shop, Etsy gives us an OAuth access token and access to your shop profile, listings, inventory, orders and receipts. Order data includes your buyers' names and shipping addresses, which we use only to produce and ship those orders.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): if you connect or log in with a Meta account, we receive only the data covered by the permissions you approve (for example your public profile, name, email address, and the Pages or Instagram business accounts you choose to connect). We use this data solely to provide the feature you enabled and never sell it or use it for advertising profiles.
  • Payment provider (Stripe): subscription status, payment status and the last four digits / brand of your card.

2.3 Data collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and login / activity logs (used for security and fraud prevention).
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics (see Section 7).

2.4 Voice assistant

Our in-app voice assistant transcribes speech entirely inside your browser. Audio recordings are never uploaded to our servers. Only the resulting text command may be processed to carry out your request.

  • Etsy and Meta access tokens: deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
  • Invoices, payment and order records: retained for the period required by tax and commercial law (up to 10 years in Turkey).
  • Security logs: retained for a limited period, generally no longer than 2 years.

8. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls and restricted administrative access to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures and will notify you and the relevant authority of a personal data breach where required by law.
