Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 20, 2026
You can delete your Printmeet account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, including data received through Etsy and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) integrations. For more details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Option 1 – Delete your account in Printmeet
- Log in at printmeet.com.
- Open your Profile page (click your name in the top-right corner).
- Click Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately, you are logged out, and any active subscription is cancelled so you are not charged again. Your personal data is then permanently deleted within 30 days, except for the records described below.
Option 2 – Request deletion by email
If you cannot log in, or you used Facebook / Instagram to connect to Printmeet, send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: your account email address (and your Facebook / Instagram name, if you connected a Meta account).
We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, confirm by email, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Removing Printmeet from Facebook / Instagram
You can also revoke Printmeet's access directly from Meta at any time:
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Instagram: go to Settings → Apps and websites (or Accounts Center → Your information and permissions).
- Find Printmeet, click Remove, and optionally tick the option to delete the activity Printmeet shared.
Once access is removed, we can no longer read data from your Meta account. To have the data we already received deleted from our systems, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
Disconnecting Etsy
You can revoke Printmeet's access to your Etsy shop from Etsy at Account settings → Apps. When you delete your Printmeet account, the Etsy access tokens we hold are deleted as well. Listings already published to your Etsy shop belong to your shop and are not removed from Etsy.
What gets deleted
- Your profile data (name, email, phone, preferences)
- Your uploaded designs, images and AI-generated content
- Etsy and Meta access tokens and data received from those integrations
- Saved analyses, reports and settings
What we may keep
Some records must be kept for legal reasons, such as invoices, payment and order records required by tax and commercial law (up to 10 years in Turkey), and limited security logs used to prevent fraud. These records are stored securely, are not used for any other purpose, and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
